
Casualty will not air on BBC One this evening – and you can probably guess why.
The medical drama’s latest boxset Supply and Demand began a couple of weeks ago. The twelve-parter delves into the realities of a drug crisis as an interruption to the drug supply chain causes the ED to fall under even more pressure.
We’re three episodes in, but you’re sadly going to have to wait another week for the next instalment.

Why is Casualty not on tonight?

The continuing coverage of Wimbledon will air at 7:15pm this evening on BBC One. It will finish at 10pm, meaning there won’t be a place in the schedule for Casualty.
When will it return?
You don’t have long to wait, as episode 4 of the boxset will air on July 11. Phew!
What has happened in Casualty recently?

Last week, Iain Dean’s (Michael Stevenson) training at Hart was seriously impacted when he received an important phone call. As a result of having this on his mind, he failed a training exercise.
