Gather around, gather around. With Apple due to launch its next smartphone this September, details and images of its alleged parts have already started to appear all over the internet. One of the oldest leaks related to the phone was that Apple was reportedly going to switch to a Sapphire glass display for the iPhone 6. The material is said to beat the currently used gorilla glass in terms of well, everything. Ever since pictures surfaced claiming to showcase the smartphone's front facade, it was only a matter of time before the internet got around to doing what it does best i.e. to brutalize the material. And we were not disappointed. A video appeared a couple of days back showing the flexibility of the material, but it seemed incomplete. Well folks, a new video has surfaced in which our friends from China carry out a range of 'tests' on the alleged front panel of the iPhone 6.

The Chinese testers in the video above do everything in their capability to punish the front panel. Starting from a simple coin being used to test the screen, they move on towards other, more extreme methods to punish the display. The front panel of the iPhone 6 is then scratched with keys and a paper cutter, which it bears bravely. Next on the list of the testers is a hammer which also fails to impress both us and the front panel. Same is the case for a nail being hammered into the display. The display however seems to have had enough once the testers run it over with a car. It even suffers the wrath of a flame with perseverance, with not facing a single deformity when a lighter is held under it. Thats all we have for you today on the iPhone 6 folks.
