You forgot the most obvious answer in your poll: ignore it. They aren't doing anything wrong- if you go to HR about it, when they are doing nothing wrong, YOU are the one who will deserve to get fired. If you weren't willing to have everyone you know see your porn, you shouldn't have posted it online. You made the choice, now accept accountability for it.

Having conversations about porn in a work environment is highly problematic, so it ain’t OP that’s in a bad position. It’s the dweebs sitting around talking about porn at work.

And fuck that ‘blame the victim’ mentality - OP, if you’ve never posted a photo of your face, don’t worry so much about it. If you have, that might become a regrettable situation, but there’s at least an equal if not better chance it won’t.
