The 48-year-old was also present during the Manchester Arena show on May 22 and reportedly helped fans to safety after bomber Salman Abedi detonated a suicide vest in the foyer of the concert venue.
According to TMZ, she joined forces with Ariana’s security team and helped young fans to dressing rooms, securing their safety until the area was evacuated.
Last week, Joan also posted on Twitter for the first time since the attack – and opened up on how she had been ‘in reflective thought, prayer & deep sorrow’ in the aftermath.
