The 21-year-old performer is believed to be joining the show as the annual social media star, following in the footsteps of Joe Sugg and Saffron Barker.
Real name Harvey Leigh Cantwell, HRVY boasts 2.76million followers on YouTube and was also a presenter on CBBC’s Friday Download in 2014.
According to The Sun, a source told them: ‘HRVY brings a massive youth audience, which the BBC craves.’
Adding that ‘historically stars like Joe and Saffron have done well’, they added: ‘If he can dance, he’ll go far in the competition for sure.’
