Coronation Street turns 60 today, and to mark the occasion, we’re looking back at all those who lost their lives on the cobbles.
You might think such a thing is a bit morbid, but given that the eponymous street has been home to 147 deaths over the last six decades, we reckon it’s only right to reflect on those iconic characters.
Whether it be as a result of a devastating illness, a tragic accident or falling victim to a serial killer, some of Weatherfield’s finest have finished out their stint on the cobbles in a truly memorable fashion.
