On top of that, it’s great for people who like to cook ahead because it can last up to four days when kept in the fridge.
CBD oil overnight oats recipe
Ingredients (4-6 portions):
- 2 large pears
- 250g Greek Yoghurt
- 150ml of your choice of milk
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey
- 2-3 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 125g jumbo oats
- 100g of almonds, chopped
- 75g of pumpkin seeds
- 2 drops of a high quality of CBD oil

Method:
- Grate the pears, reserving all the juices and discarding their cores.
- Stir in the yoghurt, milk and honey.
- Once the honey is nicely mixed in, stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours (ideally overnight) to give everything time to soak.
- Before serving, loosen with a little extra milk or water. You can also top with more fresh fruit.
