Katherine Ryan has opened up in a very frank chat about her love life with her partner Bobby Kootstra.
The comedian, 39, entered into a civil partnership with her childhood sweetheart during a ceremony in Denmark four years ago after rekindling their romance.
The couple later welcomed son Fred, two, and baby daughter Fenna Grace, who was born in December last year. Katherine is also mum to Violet, 13, from a previous relationship.
The Duchess actress appears on Friday’s The Chris & Rosie Ramsey Show where she chats candidly about her home – and sex – life.
On the topic of Bobby, she said: ‘We’re 40, we’re married and we’re very patient with each other, we communicate and we’ve lived these lives, but we have these f**king infants.
‘I think we’re good parents and we’re very privileged but it kicks the living s**t right out of you.’

Asked how often they have sex, she replied, according to The Daily Mail: ‘Not very often. I log it because I’m always trying to conceive! Day to day we’re back and forth about having more babies.
‘I will never allow him to get the snip! I just really love kids. Look, I’m 40 this year, we’ll see!’
Katherine has previously revealed to Metro.co.uk that her and Bobby’s cosy nights in do not involve a Love Island binge.

‘We enjoy Love Island but it’s a bit young for us now,’ Katherine began.
Katherine continued sharing: ‘And also, I don’t know, I just… there’s something that feels wrong about me watching teenagers get off with each other.’
