Coronation Street’s Samia Longchambon has shared a sweet message to celebrate her wedding anniversary.
The Maria Connor actress is married to Sylvain Longchambon, who is best known for being a pro-skater on ITV’s Dancing on Ice.
The couple met in 2013 on the skating show and tied the knot back in 2016. Samia has two children – Freya, who she shares with her ex-husband Matt Smith, and Yves Joseph, who is Sylvain’s son.
The actress updated her Instagram page recently, sharing pictures of her and Sylvain’s evening together celebrating their 7th wedding anniversary.
Sylvain and Samia can be seen together in the first image, while the other two are of the cocktails the couple enjoyed, and a decorated plate that reads ‘Happy 7th anniversary’ in chocolate.
‘Last night was gorgeous.. the food, the drinks and especially the company. Deserves a square on the grid!’, she wrote alongside.

The actress received many lovely comments on her post, including some from her Corrie co-stars. Tina O’Brien, who plays Sarah Platt, said: ‘Happy anniversary you gorgeous pair’, while Leanne Battersby star Jane Danson wrote: ‘Happy Anniversary. Such lovely memories of a wonderful weekend.’
Samia has played Maria in Corrie for over 20 years.
Back in February, she was involved in an awkward encounter with David Platt (Jack P Shepherd), who was struggling in the middle of Max Turner’s (Paddy Bever) extremism storyline.
Max was spending time behind bars at the time, awaiting his sentencing after being involved in Griff’s (Michael Condron) right-wing gang.
