Next week proves challenging for many of our most iconic mainstays, with a big wedding twist on the cards and the discovery of a dead body.
Intrigued yet? We thought so. The dead body development is from Coronation Street, which sees Stephen Reid left in shock when one of his victims is unearthed.
Time is most certainly running out for the killer.
Over in EastEnders, it’s Kat Slater and Phil Mitchell’s big day, but there’s internal and external conflict aplenty, with Alfie Moon determined to stop proceedings as he makes a big revelation.
Emmerdale, meanwhile, sees Jacob Gallagher left fighting for his life, while Hollyoaks newcomer Carter Shepherd is keeping a big secret to himself, but super sleuth Goldie McQueen is on to him, with shocking results.

EastEnders

Phil struggles with his guilt over Emma, who he’s cheated on Kat with just prior to their wedding day, with Keanu determined to reveal all. Sharon, however, makes it her mission to sort it for Phil, threatening her once-beloved Keanu. Keanu, heartbroken, continues to drink before accidentally blabbing all to Alfie instead!
As the day of Kat and Phil’s wedding arrives, Alfie confronts the groom-to-be over his deceit, punching him, with the two men battling it out. Phil comes to realise that something else is bothering Alfie, who admits that he lied – he does, in fact, have prostate cancer and he’s having a prostatectomy. Kat, meanwhile, is left panicked when Alfie fails to show up to the venue. Will the wedding go as planned?

Suki convinces Denise to give a statement on the incriminating video of Ravi against Jack and Chelsea’s wishes, but the plan doesn’t go as she hoped, with the police dismissing what she has to say.
Denise therefore makes it her mission to cut ties with the Panesars, fearing for her family, while Suki’s plot to record Ravi’s confession doesn’t go as she may have hoped, with Ravi threatening to harm her family if she doesn’t keep quiet.

All hell breaks loose when Ian attempts to convince Cindy to let Bobby return home. Kathy does her best to offer Ian some advice, but can Ian ultimately get through to Cindy? Can the Beales co-exist under the one roof?
Coronation Street

A dead body is unearthed on Ed and Ronnie’s building site! Stephen and Jenny return from Paris all loved up, and Stephen is on cloud nine – that is, until he finds out about the body! Subsequent scenes see the police call at the pub to notify Jenny that the victim is none other than Leo.

Ryan receives a message from a guy asking for a personal video and thus he pops to the loo to take some nude pictures. The guy, however, wants to live video, with Ryan subsequently making a big decision, agreeing to talk dirty to the man who messaged him. But Peter overhears, revealing to Carla that he heard Ryan having phone sex, leaving Daisy unnerved.

Billy and Paul have a blast on their stag do, with Gemma leading the drinking games. Bernie, meanwhile, is questioned by the police over a potential fraud investigation involving Shelly Rothington, but she makes out that she was just helping a young woman with MND by collection a few parcels for her. The police, however, break some shocking news, which leaves Bernie reeling.

Sam makes a last-ditch effort to reconcile with Lydia before going to Ireland, but she struggles to reciprocate, with Sam feeling like she’s pushing him away. Panic ensues as a search commences for an Auto Adrenaline Injector, with Jacob indicating that there is one his car, which Victoria struggles to open. David subsequently rushes to the hospital to be with his son, while Leyla vows revenge on Victoria, who is later fired by Gabby.
Hollyoaks

Sienna grows closer to Rafe, who ends things between them after an intriguing phone call. Ethan hopes this will put an end to the scheme, but Sienna refuses, leading him to issue her with an ultimatum. Him or Rafe.
Subsequent scenes see Ethan heartbroken, with he and Sienna having split up, and therefore he throws caution to wind, with things getting steamy between he and Dilly.

Carter tries to help John Paul face his demons, taking him to The Loft where he meets a man named Billy, who Carter warns off, much to John Paul’s concern. Goldie, meanwhile, believes Carter is harbouring a secret and she soon overhears a clandestine meeting between Carter and a stranger in which he mentions John Paul.

Scott reveals that he’s been practising a new Drag act that he’ll perform later at The Dog’s bingo night. During the bingo night, however, John Paul begins to have flashbacks from the attack and rushes out.
