Asha Alahan and Nina Lucas (Tanisha Gorey and Mollie Gallagher) have been on the ropes for several weeks now in Coronation Street, but they finally decide to call it quits in upcoming scenes.
Things have been tense between the couple ever since Asha started her paramedic training and was paired with mentor Isla, who she instantly felt a connection to.
Though Asha’s feelings for Isla weren’t romantic in any sense, Nina still found herself getting jealous.
Things only got worse when Isla admitted that she had a crush on Asha, and soon Asha has agreed to swap mentors.

However, it was too little too late for Asha and Nina’s relationship, as they had clearly lost the trust they once had.
After a row between them in upcoming scenes, Nina seeks comfort from Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain), and the two end up sharing a kiss. When Asha finds out, she is livid, and ends up throwing the bracelet Aadi bought for her birthday at her unconscious brother.
Following Aadi’s hospitalisation, Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) demands that Aadi come home to live with him instead of going back to his flat.

Amid the conversation, Asha reveals that she and Nina have broken up and Nina has moved out. Aadi is left feeling terrible, given the kiss that they had shared not long before.
When Asha offers to help Aadi pack up his flat, he is grateful, but the mood soon changes when he finds her bracelet on the floor.
