Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Tuesday’s (February 6) episode that is now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on Wednesday February 7 at 7pm.
Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) has been floored more times than she’d care to admit following multiple discoveries from manipulative and cunning Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith).
The show’s latest in a long line of super schemers, Dilly has well and truly pulled the wool over Sienna’s eyes as part of her twisted plot to destroy the former high school teacher.
Her reasons for doing so have remained shrouded in mystery for the longest of times but the truth was finally been revealed during the latest streaming offering of the serial and, if you’re anything like me, you would’ve been shook by what transpired.
Earlier this week, Sienna made the truly mind-blowing discovery that Rafe (Chris Gordon), her ‘missing’ fiancé, was Dilly’s husband and not her brother like she’d been led to believe and therefore she made it her mission to get answers.
Dilly, however, wasn’t in the right frame of mind for such a conversation, as she informed Sienna that it was her deceased father’s birthday and she was attempting to mourn him. Sienna was confused by the revelation, clapping back that it was also her father Patrick’s (Jeremy Sheffield) birthday too.

You see where this is going, right?
Yes, in shocking scenes, the picture frame that Dilly was holding onto of her dearly departed father was revealed to the screen, confirming that Patrick Blake is also her father.
‘It turns out that Dilly and Sienna are sisters!,’ exclaimed actress Anna Passey in an exclusive chat with me. ‘The audience finds out before Sienna does, so they know but Sienna doesn’t. There’s a big reveal and a whole mess after it.’
Quite a mess indeed, as the truth came out in a truly explosive fashion! With Sienna quizzing Dilly on Rafe’s whereabouts, things proceeded to take a shocking turn, with Dilly admitting to killing the Earl.

The news naturally devastated Sienna, but she had little time to process the death of her fiancé as she realised that Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart) had also been taking prisoner by Dilly.
As Sienna attempted to get the upper hand over Dilly in the living room, Liberty untied herself in the basement, making a shocking discovery in the process when she knocked over a box of documents which contained Dilly’s birth certificate, confirming what viewers already knew.
The returnee escaped captivity to witness Dilly plummet from the balcony following a showdown with Sienna, who was flabbergasted by the turn of events.

The bigger shock for Sienna, however, came moments later, as Liberty confirmed that Dilly is her sister.
The revelation knocked Sienna for six, but just what can we expect from here on out? We know Dilly survives her fall as the character is set to become a longer term one, as confirmed by Metro last week.
Discussing the aftermath of the shocking reveal, Anna told me: ‘Dilly really de-rails and we find out why she’s gone after Sienna. She thinks: “My life was ruined by you so I’m going to take everything from you”, which explains all of this plot turn to make Sienna fall in love with Rafe.

‘Rafe fell in love with Sienna and Dilly couldn’t handle that so Dilly took him out of the equation. After all that, we find ourselves back in a really weird world where Dilly is being plagued by Patrick.’
Yes, as revealed by Metro last year, Jeremy Sheffield is set to reprise his role as Patrick, who will appear before Dilly as part of a chilling storyline set to hit screens shortly. It’s set to explode, that’s for sure and you’re not going to want to miss a single second of how it all plays out.
