You can get a free pint every single week at 400 pubs across the UK

The best things in life are free, and that’s even more true when it comes to free booze. Yes, really.

Martin Lewis’ Money Saving Expert website has shared some valuable tips on how to score free food and drinks from major chains.

And, for those enjoying a busy – and expensive – Bank Holiday Easter weekend – this deal is sure to be good news for your bank balance.

Every Thursday between 5pm and 7pm, the O2 Priority app offers it’s customers 6,000 QR codes which entitles the holder to one free drink.

The scheme has over 400 pubs involved, including popular chains like Sizzling, O’Neill’s, and Ember Inns.

The only catch is that the handy QR codes are on a first-come, first-served basis so you have to be quick.

To avail of the exclusive deal and to get your free pint, you need to be an O2 customer, and download the O2 Priority app. When the codes are dispatched each Thursday at 5pm, download yours and visit one of the participating pubs to claim your complimentary drink.

While the offer entitles you to one free beverage, there’s a wide array of options available, ranging in price from £4 to £9.50 depending on your choice of tipple.
