Coronation Street certainly packs the emotional punches next week and I’ve got you a bunch of first look pictures, confirming the heartbreak and tragedy set to unfold on the beloved fictional TV street.
You don’t have to thank me, I am only too happy to share!
The troubling times continue for Roy Cropper (David Neilson), who is currently facing a life behind bars for the murder of Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton), who vanished earlier this year.
Roy, as fans know, is completely innocent, but he’s been implicated in the crime after Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll) told the police that he believed the well-meaning cafe owner had a role to play.
Way to go Bobby, am I right?
Well things get much worse for poor Roy next week as the day of his bail hearing arrives, with the CPS barrister painting him as a violent criminal with a dodgy past. Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) is on hand to try and plead Roy’s case but the judge ultimately refuses his application for bail!
Feeling guilty for his role in the whole thing, Bobby decides to right his wrongs, going to DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) with a new statement, claiming to have saw a dodgy character hanging around Lauren’s place shortly before her disappearance.
Sorry, this video isn't available any more.

While this new statement might bode well for Roy, it ultimately puts Daniel Osborne (Rob Mallard) in the frame. Not very good at this whole theory thing, are you Bobby?
Daniel, meanwhile, meets up with Nicky Wheatley (Kimberly Hart-Simpson), but this will ultimately come back to bite him as the meeting is witnessed by prying eyes.

But who, you ask? You’ll find out in my gallery above!
Elsewhere on the Street, Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) gets passionate with a client while Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) receives praise – and an exciting new opportunity!
