Free travel across London
To get around London for free on the bus, underground, overground or DLR on race day simply show your bib, medal or officials pass to a member of TFL staff.
The free service will run until 6.30pm on Sunday throughout the capital.
Free celebratory glass of prosecco at Dehesa
The Soho tapas bar is offering a complimentary glass of post-run prosecco to anyone who flashes their marathon medal between 12pm and 9pm on race day. Cheers to that!
Free Burger and a bottle of beer at Bill’s
You can get a free burger and a drink to wash it down at Bill’s on April 21 and April 22. Simple show your medal, then choose from a bottle of Peroni or Lucky Saint, an Aperol Spritz or a non-alcoholic option.
Free post-run pasta refuel at Pastaio

You can get a free pizza from Franco Manca’s new spring and summer menu or specials board by flashing your finisher medal at any of the chain’s restaurants across England, Scotland and Wales.

Fancy kicking back with a pint after your triumph? Greene King is offering runners a free drink this weekend (April 21 to April 23) across its 115 London pubs.
All you need to do is show your medal, along with your TSC finishing score to bar staff, and you’ll get a post-marathon Guinness, Guinness 0.0%, Beefeater Gin and Tonic or soft drink free of charge.
Free Lush massage bar
Head to Lush stores in Oxford Street, Paddington Station, Waterloo Station and Victoria Station and show your medal for a free Wiccy Magic Muscles solid massage oil bar (worth £8) and all-new Cold Water Soother Epsom salt cube (worth £6).

Marathon finishers can claim a free Chick & Chips Kebab or Chicken Classic Kebab by showing their London Marathon medal at the Oxford Street location.
