The two actresses who played Emma in Friends have made us feel incredibly old after announcing their college graduation.
Throughout the decade-long run of the hit sitcom, which premiered in 1994 and wrapped up in 2004, one of the major storylines was the ‘will they- won’t they’ friendship-turned-romance between Ross (David Schwimmer) and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston).
However, after the pair finally got together, it was revealed that Rachel was pregnant in the season 7 finale, with Emma first introduced in the 2002 episode The One Where Rachel Has A Baby, Part 2.
The role was played over three seasons by identical twins Cali and Noelle Sheldon.
This week Noelle shared a series of snaps on social media from their recent college graduation.

‘Grad weekend 🥳 peace out @ucla,’ Noelle posted on Instagram.

One of the photos showed the twins posing in their university sashes, with both wearing white mini dresses for the occasions.
Other shots saw them pose with a group of female friends, including one of them popping and then drinking from champagne bottles while standing in a water fountain.
The final photo saw the girls throwing their sashes into the air.
The pair were flooded with messages of congratulations, including from Friends fans, with one declaring: ‘Emma is graduating.’

Another referenced an episode of Friends, commenting: ‘She’s gonna be a scientist.’
In the sitcom, Emma’s first word was ‘gleba’, which is the ‘fleshy, spore-bearing inner mass of a certain fungi’.
At first Ross didn’t believe it counted as her first word as he questioned if it was a real one, but after Rachel found it in the dictionary, the palaeontologist became excited and proclaimed: ‘She’s gonna be a scientist!’
However, the former child star revealed she’d actually graduated with degree in psychobiology and minor in film.

Marking the milestone, Cali previously shared some photos of her own and captioned the post: ‘graduated 🎉🎉 so grateful for my time at UCLA and excited for what’s next!!’

The twins previously said they didn’t remember any of their time on the show, but Noelle told Bustle that: ‘A lot of people in our school watch it, and most of them know we were in it, so they think that’s pretty cool.’
Their mum Gretchen Sheldon added: ‘Everyone was really, really nice to Noelle and Cali, and treated them like little princesses on the set.’
