Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) went in search of revenge in tonight’s episode of EastEnders.
Yesterday, Avani (Aaliyah James) arrived outside Walford East with torn tights and bloodied knees. A horrified Ravi immediately went in search of the person responsible for putting his daughter in danger, but wrongly assumed it was Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman).
Avani had spent the past few weeks texting an older boy called Mason. When Mason alluded to Avani that they should have sex, she said no and he called her a tease.
Mason threw Avani out of his car, resulting in her sustaining the injuries.

When Ravi found Barney, he threw him over the viaduct and held him upside down.
As Ravi drew a crowd – including Barney’s dad Teddy (Roland Manookian) – Avani was in Walford East with Priya (Sophie Khan Levy).
Once Avani realised what her dad was doing, she raced through the market and confirmed Barney wasn’t the person she had been texting.
With Barney pulled to safety, Ravi set about actually confronting Mason.
He used Avani’s phone to send a text and then later, he surprised Mason by entering his car.

That evening, Priya and Avani found Ravi outside. As Priya spoke about how she hoped Mason was now in hospital, we saw Ravi’s knuckles were red.
He didn’t confirm if Mason was in hospital – is that because he’s done something more attack him?
