Coronation Street confirms final goodbye as legend takes a fall in 54 pictures

It’s going to be an emotional Christmas for the residents of Coronation Street, as seen in my new spoiler pictures, as Gail Rodwell (Helen Worth) leaves Weatherfield after 50 years.

It’s set to be an emotional affair for all concerned, and in true Platt fashion it doesn’t go without a hitch – not only does her mum Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) deal a troubling ultimatum, but husband-to-be Jesse Chadwick’s (John Thomson) lies begin to unravel before the big day.

Perhaps a visit from her killer late husband Richard Hillman (Brian Capron) will help?

There’s drama for David (Jack P. Shepherd) as continues to suspect that his wife Shona (Julia Goulding) is having an affair with Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson).

During an argument, Adam takes a tumble down the staircase at the builder’s yard!

Will he be ok?

Elsewhere, Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) and Toyah Habeeb (Georgia Taylor) find themselves in hot water with the law when Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) exacts her revenge plan.

As we’ve seen, she’s been squirrelling money away from the Bistro into a fake account set up under Toyah’s name.
