Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) has launched his final act of revenge on ex-wife Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) ahead of their wedding day in EastEnders.
After a turbulent year on Albert Square, the beloved couple are preparing to tie the knot tomorrow – but the wedding won’t go without a hitch.
This is EastEnders, after all!
Since escaping prison, Nish has been secretly hiding away in a derelict flat on George Street whilst he plans his revenge.
He’s also manipulating grandson Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) into helping him, and earlier this week we saw him bring supplies for his supposed ‘final days’.
Afterall, Nish is terminally ill with a severe heart condition.
The rest of the family believe he is dead, after Nugget placed his jacket and prison bag into a deep lake and staged a fake suicide.

In tonight’s episode, Nish continued to play on his ailing health and made out that his time was almost up. Nugget was deeply concerned that he was going to die alone, and pondered whether to spend the evening with his Dadaji.
He also dropped into conversation that the women of the family were heading to Harry’s Barn to celebrate a joint hen-do.
Suki and Eve were a vision of happiness as they chatted ahead of the party, boosted by the fact their nearest and dearest were rallying round to ensure they had the most perfect nuptials.
In a sinister foreshadowing scene, Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) scorned Eve for sampling the champers that had been left to one side for a toast.
Eve jokingly commented that she was ensuring the liquid hadn’t been poisoned, blissfully unaware of what the next 24 hours may hold!

With everyone arriving at the venue, Nish watched on from the shadows, wielding a knife in his hand. Once everyone was inside, he told the bouncer that he was a parcel delivery driver and needed Eve to sign for a package.
She headed outside and in his direction, but luckily was distracted by Big Mo (Laila Morse), who was late to the bash. Having managed to escape a deadly altercation with Nish, she went back to the celebrations.
He was furious to have missed her, and the shock caused a mini heart attack.
Nugget rushed to his aid – as did the bent prison doctor who helped him escape – and he was given some medication to ease the effects.
