Listed by estate agents Nicolas Van Patrick the car parking space is in a ‘gated covered park’ and even comes with its own store room.

‘Spaces are available on a multispace or individual basis, for sales and lettings.’

Jay Vara, the owner of a space in Allen Mansions in Kensington worth £165,000 said buyers frequently offer him way over asking.
He told the Telegraph: ‘People ask me on the street about three times a month, maybe, if they can rent it out from me.
‘They offer me £10,000 more, but I say no. It is expensive but it is more than a space, it is safe and convenient. I find the market crazy.
‘When I bought mine someone offered to buy it back from me. I said no.’
