A Celebrity Big Brother star has claimed Mickey Rourke ‘said a lot more’ than what was aired.
Rourke, 72, sparked immense backlash for inappropriate comments he made and his behaviour while on the ITV reality programme.
He was ultimately kicked out of the Celebrity Big Brother house after just a week, after ‘use of inappropriate language and instance of unacceptable behaviour’.
This included Rourke’s ‘creepy’ behaviour towards host AJ Odudu during the launch of Celebrity Big Brother last week, as well as a warning about homophobic language following vile comments he made to JoJo Siwa.
It also includes certain language used towards The Only Way Is Essex star Ella Rae Wise, and ‘language and behaviour’ that ‘was threatening and aggressive’ towards Love Island star Chris Hughes.
Evicted housemate Michael Fabricant has now revealed there were further comments made that ‘could not be broadcast’.
Replying to an X post referencing Rourke’s homophobic comments to Siwa, Fabricant said: ‘Yeah, but that wasn’t said in isolation. There was a lot more, some of which could not be broadcast.’

What did Mickey Rourke say to JoJo Siwa on Celebrity Big Brother?
On Celebrity Big Brother 2025, Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke sparked uproar with homophobic comments that he made towards internet sensation JoJo Siwa.
Speaking in the House, Rourke, 72, asked Siwa, 21: 'So do you like girls or boys?'
'Me? Girls,' Siwa answered, to which Rourke responded: 'I know, I could tell.'
After the dancer shared that her partner is non-binary, the housemates who were in the garden started to talk about the eviction due to take place that week on Friday night.
'If I stay longer than four days, you won't be gay anymore,' Rourke remarked, as Siwa said back to him: 'I can guarantee I will still be gay and I will still be in a very happy relationship.'
'I'll tie you up,' The Wrestler actor replied.
'I can promise you that won't happen,' Siwa stated. 'I dare you to try, you'll be the one tied up.'
Rourke then spoke to some other housemates, asking about the process of voting out other contestants on Celebrity Big Brother.
'I'm going to vote the lesbian out real quick,' he said, as Siwa – who was lying on a sun lounger – turned her head towards him and declared: 'That's homophobic.'
'Eh?' Rourke asked, as Siwa continued: 'That's homophobic if that was your reasoning.'
After the actor repeated that he was going to 'vote the lesbian out', he then used a slang word beginning with f to say that he wanted a cigarette.
However, he then gestured towards Siwa and quipped: 'Not talking to you,' seemingly referencing the f word that's used as an anti-gay slur.
Love Island star Chris Hughes, who was sitting next to Rourke, told him: 'You can't say that Mickey,' while Siwa kept her composure and said: 'One breath at a time troops, one breath at a time.'
After Hughes repeated his warning to Rourke, the actor insisted that he had been talking about a cigarette before walking off on his own.
The reality TV star went over to check on Siwa, consoling her as she cried in his arms over the upset. At the same time, Rourke was called to the Diary Room, where he received a formal warning for his remarks.
Later on inside the lounge, Rourke went over to Siwa as he told her: 'I want to apologise,' telling her that he has a 'bad habit of having a short fuse'.
'I don't mean nothing by it. Ok sorry,' he said as he shook her hand, while she told him that she appreciated his apology.
Rourke's homophobic comments towards Siwa happened a day after he was criticised for touching presenter AJ Odudu 'inappropriately' on stage.
This comes after host Will Best said Rourke had housemates feeling ‘scared and vulnerable’ with him in the house.
Appearing on ITV’s This Morning on Monday for the gossip segment about the reality show, Best shared his take on the shocking events of the weekend, which resulted in The Wrestler actor’s departure.
Confessing that he doesn’t think the star is an ‘evil man’, he said, unfortunately, his unacceptable behaviour did leave the housemates feeling both ‘scared and vulnerable’.

Sorry, this video isn't available any more.
Recapping on why this was a common feeling amongst the housemates, the presenter said Rourke caused upset from the get-go, especially after using ‘unacceptable language and behaviour’ towards former Dance Moms star Siwa.
Best, 40, said following ‘further use of inappropriate language’ and ‘instances of unacceptable behaviour’, Rourke and Big Brother agreed it was time for him to leave.
While Best was cautious with his words, he told hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond that the actor’s exit was not ‘something entirely unexpected, just because it’s an extreme environment’.

He continued to say that as Rourke is prone to ‘certain types of behaviour,’ there is always a ‘danger’, but believes he isn’t an ‘evil man’.
One thing that did surprise the presenter, however, is how quickly Rourke crossed the line again.
Recalling the instance on Saturday night when Rourke and Hughes were dressed as pirates during a task, he discussed the actor’s ‘threatening’ behaviour, which was ‘totally out of proportion’.

‘I can’t repeat exactly what Mickey said, but it was bad, and it made not just Chris – Chris handled it very well – but it made the rest of the house feel vulnerable, a bit scared,’ Best said.
He added that ‘sadly’ the same day he made ‘totally inappropriate’ remarks to Wise that ‘made her feel understandably vulnerable, and that is the point where you’ve got to go.’
Maintaining his diplomatic approach in his summary of the events, Best told hosts that he ‘felt a bit sorry’ for the actor as he knows he has had a tough life, and he hopes that Rourke ‘will learn’ from his behaviour.

Upon leaving the house, Rourke shared his upset and admitted he had taken things too far.
‘I stepped over the line. And I take responsibility for doing the wrong thing,’ he said. ‘Because I lost my temper, and I’ve been trying to work on it my whole life and I wish I would have had better self-control and I’m very sorry.
‘I’m ashamed of myself for losing it for a few seconds there. Nobody got touched or hurt.
‘Maybe some feelings got hurt or maybe others have feelings about others getting upset but, you know, I’m sorry about that.’
It follows news that the star will miss out on his rumoured £500,000 fee for his behaviour.
While it’s claimed he will receive some compensation for his time and appearance on the hit show, it’s likely to be much less than what he originally agreed to.

‘Mickey won’t be receiving all his money from ITV,’ a source revealed this morning.
They continued to say that it’s standard protocol if a celebrity gets removed from the house, ‘they don’t get the full fee’.
‘It’s as simple as that and they will be discussing that with him. Mickey was ready to leave the house and it ended up feeling like a mutual decision between him and ITV in the end. It was getting too much,’ the source told The Sun.
Watch Celebrity Big Brother on ITV at 9pm weeknights, and on ITVX.
